    Delegate R. Smith moves to amend the amendment in section 22 on page 2, line 3 immediately following the word “site” by inserting the following “; provided, that any specialized safety training which meets or exceeds the standards of the ten-hour construction safety program designed by OSHA shall be deemed to satisfy the requirements of this subsection”.
